i have been searching and scouring the internet looking for queer arab women in detroit, dearborn and the entire metro area. all i found were a handful of lesbians on myspace that i feel creepy approaching. so let it be known, all michigan arab queer women, i am looking for you! i wanted to put this out there so that you could find me if you’re like me, searching the internet with no results.

UPDATE: speak it into being! i found the local organization AL GAMEA on myspace, messaged them, and got a response back saying that they are in the middle setting up a meeting of queer arab sisters for sometime soon. they also have monthly meetings in ferndale, check the website for details!
